Each service has its own eligibility criteria, intake, assessment, and intervention processes. All of the services are ‘bundled’ into one program and are staffed by highly skilled, qualified workers who are able to service clients in any of the streams. Families and individuals can move across the service streams or be served in multiple streams depending on their needs or issues. There are no regular office hours for the program. Service is provided on a flexible schedule and can include evenings and weekend meetings.
