National Volunteer Week is all about recognizing the incredible work that dedicated volunteers do year round. This year’s celebration takes place the week of April 15 to 21.

Today, volunteers are involved in more ways than ever. Nationally, over 18,000 community volunteers generously invest 1 million hours a year of their time and talent to help build vibrant Boys and Girls Clubs.

At the Okanagan Boys and Girls Clubs, our volunteers provide a solid foundation of support and encouragement that enables young people to discover, develop and achieve great futures! Our volunteers work along side our staff to provide a safe place for all. We are so thankful for our volunteers, the time they spend in the clubs, updating our facilities and being community ambassadors. Please follow us on social media https://www.facebook.com/OKboysandgirls/ or visit our webpage http://www.boysandgirlsclubs.ca/get-involved/volunteer-with-us to find out how you can get involved, or contact Bailey Van Os at BVanOs@obgc.ca to learn more.

Or, if you're ready to make a difference today, submit an application!
